Explore deep inside

‘My kind is much better
than your kind’
I wonder, what exactly
have they defined?

***
One who claims to be
known from a superior race
Show me, how are you higher
and others are a disgrace?

***

Can you prove me, just one race
has served all of humanity?
With no injustice ever done, while others
have caused nothing but misery?

***

I can’t and nor can you bring
such an impossible prove
For I, myself, full of faults
have so much to improve.

***

Day in and day out, we all strive
to live and become the best
But when you discriminate,
you steal our path to this quest

***

You see, no one was not born with any
special talents, due to their nationalities
We learned to differ, according to our
interests, forming different personalities
***

And so, no one was born racist,
it was never their mentality
Taught to dislike those, without
knowing, created bigotry

***

‘My kind is much better
than your kind’
I wonder what exactly
have they defined?

***

Could you create a painting
bright with just one colour?
How would you remove its
dullness, I now wonder?

***

For colours only makes a painting
more beautiful to the eyes
And as humans, let’s explore,
what does each hold deep inside.

***

When throwing a small stone
across water, can cause a ripple
Speak up against racism, make
a difference, even if it’s little.

Prophet Yusuf (Jonah) True self

For being loyal and
a kind-hearted son
Without envy, or
jealousy from anyone

***

Yusuf was given the
knowledge of dreams
For God rewards the
doer of good deeds.

***

To test, how obedient was
Allah’s this gifted slave
Yusuf was trapped, and his
soul, he alone could save.

***

When the wife of the Aziz,
asked him to join this sin
He proclaimed, from his true
self, he could never give in.

***

‘No good comes to those who
do wrong’ He would explain
Ignored the words of God, she
approached him without no shame.

***

Yusuf, then asked his Lord, to show
him a way out of this wrath.
To the doer of good, who passed
his task. God then opened a path.

***

Though he escaped, he was
still unjustly imprisoned
A gift from this world, he
received for being resistant.

***

But you see, Yusuf
was never sad.
He accepted prison
with open hands.

***

For he knew, he was free
in the sight of his Lord
And any calamity shrinks,
with the protection of God

When Alone, would you be like Ali?

19095660_10213156276930310_1446861022841973342_o

Alone in worship, day and
night he would remain
For alone, your souls,
one day will also be taken.

***

He showed the world, the master of his
and every creation is only Allah.
While his isolation with God was
feared, he remained firm in his Salah.

***

Ibn Mujlim, sought a deep desire
to marry a woman, as a condition
Accepted would be his proposed,
if completed Ali’s assassination.

***

While Ali remained lost in
prayer, conversing with his Lord
Like a coward, attacked ibn Muljim
poisoning Ali with his sword.

***

In this sacred month
of forgiveness, ibn Muljim
For the sake of his desires,
betrayed this religion.

***

I wonder, are you and I
any different than him..
Before you put desires
above God, think again.

***

When alone, would you be like Ali,
lost in his Lord’s remembrance..
Or like his killer, lost in fulfillment
of desires- chosen to be forsaken.

Fear Of the saviour

Imam-Mahdi-12.4000.2400-1

You seized the rights of
Allah, given of your leader
From his family you snatched
away every sip of water.

***

Without a sword, he showed you all to
abstain bloodshed and enter God’s path
But instead you killed him and gained
the Most Merciful’s worst wrath

***

I am not surprised why do
you forbid his mourning,
Just as you denied him
water, you deny us grieving.

***

How do we stop, knowingly,
that our lives are always at risk
For only through Hussain, in this
land human rights still exists

***

You see, we try to change, and
to change we need to live
For our leader’s return every
sacrifice, we are willing to give.

***

Just like Muhammad, Mahdi too
will be a mercy to mankind
He will show, how God- from
your dark soul’s, you’ve denied.

***

I now know, it’s not hate, against
my pure school of thought
It’s fear, for as believers you’d
be exposed, as an enemy of God

Prophet Hud’s faith in God

stupid-42-of-42

The tribe of Ad, lived in a
beautiful, flourishing land
Granted by God, blessed
with rich grains and sand.
***

When Hud, came to show, who
was the creator of this beauty,
They rejected his words, and
attacked the Prophet for his duty.
***

Flourished never again their
once beautiful, healthy land
Prevented was rain, a wrath
was sent by God’s command.
***

Hud himself, worked in
agricultural and in the fields
And even from his own crops,
rain for many years was shield.
***

In desperation, his nation begged
him to pray to his Lord again
To allow rain fall over their lands,
and success to once more, obtain.
***

Accepted was the prayer to God by Prophet Hud,
Who was their giver, the nation finally understood.
For the mischiefs, upon them wraths still stood
Upon calamities, the believers, still stayed Good.

***

I wonder how foolish
were Hud’s lost nation,
Like Muhammad’s,
decline from submission.

***

When the giver of blessings, wants
us to learn, why is he so, very kind
To obey him, for our benefit, not
his, protection for the soul, we find.

***

From this selfish world, which stains
my good, I can happily turn away
For the giver of everything, if I submit,
will protect me every single day.

***

When due to his nation, Hud
faced the very same adversity
He never left God, his obedience,
showed this faith’s, clarity.

***

Prophet Hud’s oppression

Prophet Hud like Mehdi was also
asked to remain in occultation
for in his absence, the people
had lost their faith in his mission.
***
They asked for their saviour, just
like we’ve been asking since years
Yet when Hud appeared, his was
nearly strangled, with scars & tears.
***
The people of Hud were asked leave
the worship of idols, the difference
between us and them, we still worship
our desires and think we are pious.
***
I understand now, why has Allah
still kept our saviour hidden
For he knows, his representor
would not receive, submission.

Prophet Hud (as) and Imam Mehdi (as)’s mission to their people.

Approaching towards his death,
Nuh said in his final moment,
After him Hud would be known
as his people’s chosen Prophet.
***
For after his arrival, Nuh had promised,
destroyed would be the deceitful enemies
who harmed his people of year after
year in deep, sorrowful miseries.
***
Appeared not Hud, for a long
time had passed for his arrival
impatient believers, soon left the
truth and walked the path of evil.
***
Witnessing, this change, Hud was asked by
the command of his Lord to remain hidden
Destroyed were those people, until at the
age of 40, Hud appeared again for his mission.
***
Invited this time, through Allah,
Hud approached his people
‘Obey God, for he created you,
worship not the idols of evil’
***
Although they were told, if they
followed Prophet Hud’s lord
increased with wealth would
be their respectful reward.
***
They jumped to strangle the
chosen leader of their time
for over the years, their hearts
were corrupted with such crime
***
For despite how much once they said, they
believed the lord and his Prophet’s mission
deep within their souls, for this world’s
desire they neglection this submission.
***
Muhammad too, was also attacked for
quoting and following Allah’s sermons
but due to his mercy towards mankind,
saved from this wrath were his nation.
***
I know for sure, Imam Mehdi too,
will be generous like his forefather
but I wonder, due to his sermons,
would we treat him like a stranger
***
Perhaps, Mehdi too has tried,
approaching us, his living nation.
But Allah has kept him hidden,
to test us and our submission.
