Lesson from the People of Prophet Salih (as)

With compassion, by Salih, the
nation of Thamud, was requested
Only though knowing their Lord,
mankind could remain protected.

***

Sent directly by God, a
medicine to every living soul,
to fill what was once empty,
preserving them to be whole.

***
To prove how true was his noble
message, he was demanded,
To ‘emerge a she-camel, from
a rock,’ they blindly worshipped.

***

God accepted their request
and showed his miracle
in return, water must always
be in access to the she-camel.

***

They allowed the access of water as
commanded for just a short period
Once again, they grew ignorant
and from God’s path, they deviated.

***

It was just merely water, that
they felt too stingy to share
A miracle they once asked God,
they now planned to massacre.

***

I wonder, if I were God, how
angered of this act would I be
But he is the Lord of All, most
merciful, if only they could see.

***

For this sin committed, God still
gave them a fair chance, in 3 days
Their punishment would be called
off, if only they seeked forgiveness.

***

Proudly, they challenged
the punishment of God,
upon themselves they
called the wrath of God.

***

I now wonder how many times do
we receive gifts without asking
A gift directly from God, to keep
our souls pure, from sinning.

***

Everything the Lord does,
is always best for us
So why do we abuse his
gift, becoming more worse.

Prophet Yusuf (Jonah) True self

For being loyal and
a kind-hearted son
Without envy, or
jealousy from anyone

***

Yusuf was given the
knowledge of dreams
For God rewards the
doer of good deeds.

***

To test, how obedient was
Allah’s this gifted slave
Yusuf was trapped, and his
soul, he alone could save.

***

When the wife of the Aziz,
asked him to join this sin
He proclaimed, from his true
self, he could never give in.

***

‘No good comes to those who
do wrong’ He would explain
Ignored the words of God, she
approached him without no shame.

***

Yusuf, then asked his Lord, to show
him a way out of this wrath.
To the doer of good, who passed
his task. God then opened a path.

***

Though he escaped, he was
still unjustly imprisoned
A gift from this world, he
received for being resistant.

***

But you see, Yusuf
was never sad.
He accepted prison
with open hands.

***

For he knew, he was free
in the sight of his Lord
And any calamity shrinks,
with the protection of God

When Alone, would you be like Ali?

Alone in worship, day and
night he would remain
For alone, your souls,
one day will also be taken.

***

He showed the world, the master of his
and every creation is only Allah.
While his isolation with God was
feared, he remained firm in his Salah.

***

Ibn Mujlim, sought a deep desire
to marry a woman, as a condition
Accepted would be his proposed,
if completed Ali’s assassination.

***

While Ali remained lost in
prayer, conversing with his Lord
Like a coward, attacked ibn Muljim
poisoning Ali with his sword.

***

In this sacred month
of forgiveness, ibn Muljim
For the sake of his desires,
betrayed this religion.

***

I wonder, are you and I
any different than him..
Before you put desires
above God, think again.

***

When alone, would you be like Ali,
lost in his Lord’s remembrance..
Or like his killer, lost in fulfillment
of desires- chosen to be forsaken.

Fear Of the saviour

Imam-Mahdi-12.4000.2400-1

You seized the rights of
Allah, given of your leader
From his family you snatched
away every sip of water.

***

Without a sword, he showed you all to
abstain bloodshed and enter God’s path
But instead you killed him and gained
the Most Merciful’s worst wrath

***

I am not surprised why do
you forbid his mourning,
Just as you denied him
water, you deny us grieving.

***

How do we stop, knowingly,
that our lives are always at risk
For only through Hussain, in this
land human rights still exists

***

You see, we try to change, and
to change we need to live
For our leader’s return every
sacrifice, we are willing to give.

***

Just like Muhammad, Mahdi too
will be a mercy to mankind
He will show, how God- from
your dark soul’s, you’ve denied.

***

I now know, it’s not hate, against
my pure school of thought
It’s fear, for as believers you’d
be exposed, as an enemy of God

***

Shine for Imam Mahdi (as)

Untitled-1

Like the Sun I want to rise,
bright in front of your sight.
Sacrificing for the good, I try
to never dim away my light.
***

For you, I speak against the
wrong and defend what’s right.
And you secure my soul,
form any darkness to ignites.
***

I fear, this light, before you arrive, with my
every fibre, I continuously try to obtain.
But due to my sins, might lose its shine,
tarnishing me into pieces, once again.
***

Yet I know, you’ve raised me to glare
against every cloud and thunder
I plead, approve me as your own
and come back as my just leader.

Prophet Hud’s faith in God

The tribe of Ad, lived in a
beautiful, flourishing land
Granted by God, blessed
with rich grains and sand.
***

When Hud, came to show, who
was the creator of this beauty,
They rejected his words, and
attacked the Prophet for his duty.
***

Flourished never again their
once beautiful, healthy land
Prevented was rain, a wrath
was sent by God’s command.
***

Hud himself, worked in
agricultural and in the fields
And even from his own crops,
rain for many years was shield.
***

In desperation, his nation begged
him to pray to his Lord again
To allow rain fall over their lands,
and success to once more, obtain.
***

Accepted was the prayer to God by Prophet Hud,
Who was their giver, the nation finally understood.
For the mischiefs, upon them wraths still stood
Upon calamities, the believers, still stayed Good.

***

I wonder how foolish
were Hud’s lost nation,
Like Muhammad’s,
decline from submission.

***

When the giver of blessings, wants
us to learn, why is he so, very kind
To obey him, for our benefit, not
his, protection for the soul, we find.

***

From this selfish world, which stains
my good, I can happily turn away
For the giver of everything, if I submit,
will protect me every single day.

***

When due to his nation, Hud
faced the very same adversity
He never left God, his obedience,
showed this faith’s, clarity.
